This course will fulfill your 14 hour continuing education requirement in order to renew your Florida Real Estate License prior to expiration date for 2018 (March 31st or September 30th). Since this class is being taken in classroom there is no exam. Our class is given by one of the top instructors in the industry, check out our Yelp Reviews for that. It is a great way to network and get a full review of the new State and Federal laws affecting the real estate business.
If you cannot attend you must write Yuri@SocietyRESchool.com that you will not attend and request refund 72 hrs prior the course starting date. If already within the 72 hrs, this fee is non-refundable since all seats are counted and no chance to refill.
